Smallman & Son Ltd is a family run commercial building contractor. We work in partnership with our clients, delivering projects to the highest standard. From bar and restaurant refurbishments, office fit outs to public sector, conservation and church projects, our portfolio of work is diverse. All of our projects share one aim -our promise to deliver outstanding quality and professional conduct on all of our projects. The DDA works were carried out within a tight timescale with due respect to working within a live environment.

Smallman & Son Ltd is a family run construction and manufacturing firm with a history dating back to the 1980s. Throughout this time, we have developed long-standing core values and beliefs that underpin our promise to deliver outstanding quality and professional conduct on all of our projects. Although our offices and workshop are based in Leicester, we work across the Midlands and throughout the UK on a wide range of public sector, commercial and residential projects. We carry out a variety of services within these areas from refit and refurbishment projects to external works and construction/new builds.
