Based in Sittingbourne, Kent, Fosbraey Builders is a well established family run business, with a strong commitment to customer care, proven by the fact that much of our work is repeat custom, or recommendations. If you are looking to extend your existing home or even build a new one, Fosbraey Builders has the skills and experience within it's employed team to ensure a successful project. Whatever the size of your project, large or small Fosbraey builders offer the personal touch, we are fully committed to working closely with our customers, and developing a strong client builder relationship, and therefore delivering a professional service.
Fosbraey Builders was established by Lee Fosbraey and his wife Clare to offer quality building work at affordable prices. We have 5 full time staff and plumbers and electricians available on sub-contracts, therefore the business is large enough to be flexible but small enough to offer a personal service. We are always on site to ensure the work is done correctly and to the highest standard, and if there are any problems, they can be dealt with immediately. We ensure that any project we undertake, is carried out to the highest standard.
Whether it's domestic, commercial, or industrial clients, no job is too large or too small! We have secured experience in the trade and always comply with full health and safety standards for your peace of mind. Whether you require an expert groundworks contractor for an excavation or complete property drainage works, we use only the very best products and materials and guarantee to leave you entirely satisfied with the completed works.
Fosbraey Builders can provide a professional extension building service from the planning application, fitting the new bathroom or kitchen, through to completion of your new extension. Almost every property has got great potential for an extension - all it takes to transform your home is a bit of imagination and know how. Whilst a well thought out extension can add far more value to a property than it costs to complete, not every extension will be financially worthwhile, and a badly planned extension could even detract from your property's value.
