City Drains saved the day for us today! Our drains were completely backed up, sewage spilling into our gardens! They arrived quickly, completed the job (despite it being a bit tricky!) and were helpful and professional. Will definitely recommend them and use them again.

First day back from a Christmas holiday. Came back to a pretty nasty pond around the back sewage drain. Lads came around within the hour, completely sorted the problem in no time, cleared all mess and made it look cleaner than it was even before the issue. Friendly blokes as well, top service

Excellent service when I needed a drain assessment urgently. When a collapsed drain was the problem, Dean and his staff were very swift in arranging, then executing fixing it. A commendable finish too when the patio was put back together. Thank you
Called what I thought were the professionals who turned up in a van on its last legs. Pumped the contents of my drains out onto the patio. Told me my drains were blocked but they don't use the camera on blocked drains so didn't know what were causing the blockage and then charged me 175 for a 20 minute visit. I later then called Welsh Water. Even though the blockage was on the border, they cleared it and cleaned up afterwards! Expensive lesson learnt there!
