Brunswick provides the local community with a range professional gardening services, both regular maintenance and one-off landscaping. A lot of our regular work is for property management companies, group homes and community organisations. One off jobs range from garden clearances to design and build of sensory gardens with raised beds a speciality.

We have shared our life and work at Brunswick with some very special felines over the years, all of which have made their own special contribution to what we do, whether it be rodent control, shop patrol, or testing our range of comfy rugs. Susan was at Brunswick before the project started. One day, not long after things had got going, Adam sat on a bench behind the broken down shed that we'd inherited with the land. The shed was overgrown, with beautiful ivy and honeysuckle, and it was there that he met Susan for the first time.

John Sentamu, the Archbishop of York, has been patron of Brunswick since 2007. He regularly invites us, along with other charities he supports, to the Archbishop's Palace in Bishopthorpe, so that he can find out about our current projects and offer his encouragement and appreciation. We have a further association with the Archbishop as we rented the Archbishop's Palace Walled Gardens from the Church Commissioners since 2004. Over that time we have restored the gardens from wilderness to productive land.
