We had our living room carpet cleaned by a friendly local chap and were happy with the results. Unfortunately some cleaning product managed to get onto the furniture by accident and we contacted the company. Managing director Ben took it upon himself to rectify the situation to a positive outcome and left us feeling valued customers. I booked Smart Cleaning to deep clean my oven in preparation to move house. They sent me a text an hour before letting me know exactly what time they'd be here then arrived bang on time. My oven was filthy, but it only took them an hour and they did a fantastic job. My oven has never looked so clean! Really pleased and would book again.

Very poor attitude of the representative of the company, left a mess in the sink, told me hed have to be quick, flooded the worktop and personal papers. Will never use again. However, they did make contact post review to address the issues raised.

I hired smart cleaning as I spilt a bottle of red wine on my white/beige carpet and generally my carpet needed a good clean in my living room, the outcome was impressive! I felt as if we had a new carpet fitted! It looked brand new! No need to replace my carpet after all it was amazing.
Just had whole of downstairs cleaned and has made such a difference. Stains gone and smells like new. Great service at my convenience. Can't recommend.

I had my cooker cleaned today and the chap who cleaned it was so polite and pleasant, he worked so hard and really got down to it, it was a really hot day and he did so well, he really didn't stop until the job was done and my cooker looks really sparkling, I didn't catch the chaps name, but I felt.
Always reliable, friendly staff, great service at reasonable cost. Highly recommended.
