In our experience there are two main problems we need to address from day one when we take your building over. Then with the building up to spec and a good quality benchmark in place we will look to re-organise the cleaning schedule, delegating tasks etc. We will automatically put one of our experienced supervisors on site to oversee your day to day cleaning service, she will be driving quality and overseeing staff. During the first week we will review cleaning levels along with staff performances and work accordingly.
