I am writing this post as I have been extremely disappointed with the service we have received from you. We organised a quote on 5th July which was rearranged at late notice on 2 occasions. We were then promised the quote be with us by the end of the week. This did not happen. My husband has phoned several times and spoken to the receptionist and the tradesman who came to our house and on every occasion told we would have it the same day. To this day we still do not have a quote! Appalling and a huge waste of time!
