We used these guys to do a deep clean plus carpet clean on a property we are moving into. They had quoted us for roughly 4 hours but actually ended up being there for 8 hours! They worked incredibly hard and didn't stop for any longer than 10 mins for a very quick break. The house is now smelling and looking so much nicer! Thankyou

They were super friendly and helpful as when they arrived I then realised I hadn't asked about them doing the office carpet but they did it with no fuss. Had our grey fabric sofa cleaned ready for Christmas and was very impressed with the service and pricing from Botley Carpet Cleaning, they did a really thorough job and deep cleaned the sofa so it looks almost new again. I used Botley Carpet Cleaners to clean the carpet throughout my one bed house. The team were super friendly, helpful and really responsive to emails - even over the Easter holidays. They did a great job eliminating some persistent carpet stains and left the whole house feeling really clean and fresh. I also really appreciate that they do not use any toxic chemical cleaners. This was reassuring and meant my home didnt have a horrible chemical cleaning smell after theyd finished. I will use again for tenancy cleans and highly recommend them!

Fantastic friendly, family service. Stairs and landing clean & renewed. Forget trying to do it yourself and hire well used DIY grade equipment. Just call Chris and Angel and let the professionals do it in half the time using the newest kit with zero mess. Carpets dry in well under an hour. Will definitely have you guys back again.

Needed a chair cleaning for my Mum, Found Botley carpet cleaners through Google search, well reviewed, local, thought I'd ask them for a quote. My Mum had spilt some tea on herself and her armchair and the first thing Christopher asked when replying to my text was how my Mum was. I was sold! A flat that I rent out unfortunately had a leaky pipe in the bathroom resulting in a flooded bathroom, hallway and lounge. I telephoned Christopher in the morning to explain my situation and he was at my property within the hour to extract and clean the carpets. Chris and his team have been nothing but a pleasure to deal with. From quick, polite responses at initial bookings to extremely high quality workmanship during the job, where they have made rugs that we thought needing replacing look new again and have totally revitalised our carpets, something we were very keen to do without a horrible chemical smell during to a new babies imminent arrival and owning dogs. After getting a cleaner in to do an end of tenancy clean we were left with a half finished job and carpets almost worse than they had been before. Contacted Chris and they were able to fit us in short notice to help fix the carpets. Very happy with result of carpet cleans and have now booked them to come back in new year for full end of tenancy clean! Very happy with the standard of cleanliness and service we received.

We use Chris on a regular basis to keep the office, stairs and landing carpets as clean as we can, quite a large area. This time Chris worked miracles on our office carpet that had been subjected to a water leak in area of heavy footfall. Instead of having to replace the carpet completely as we had anticipated it now looks as good and as clean as the other uncontaminated areas. Here at Rookesbury Events we have a huge number of carpets that receive a lot of footfall and spillages are all too often. We had a great experience with this company. They even came to Salisbury from Southampton over the weekend to get our carpet cleaned. Such a nice and lovely couple! They cleaned our wine stained carpet quickly without any residual stains, moved the furniture around to clean everything and left our carpet spotless. Fair price and great communication. Five stars from us. We would certainly recommend them to anyone and will use their service again when needed.

Exceptionally fast response to all emails. Got the end of tenancy clean done within a short time of first communication at the best price! Letting agent pulled up some drip marks on the taps which Chris had no problem getting sorted super quick and with such ease. Would HIGHLY RECOMMEND for an end of tenancy clean.
