Always phone in a timely way to let us know the boiler service is due. Update when on their way detailing engineer and vehicle which gives peace of mind. Engineer very respectful and dealt with service promptly. Overall service has always been great.

I am loving my Google Nest thermostat that was fitted by one of your engineers. Prompt, polite and very efficient and took the time to explain the new technology. A week later another engineer came round to service our boiler. Same excellent service again. Would highly recommend Boiler Care 24/7

100 % I would recommend Boiler Care 24/7 , I contacted the company and spoke to a fantastic chap and explained my boiler was not working and within the hour to great , professional men came to my home and fixed the problem, I am so grateful to have heating and hot water again , I would not hesitate to use this company again , thank you very much .

We had all sorts of problems with our boiler and electrical issues as well. Called the team at Boiler 24/7 and they had it fixed within no time at a very competitive price. We was that impressed with the service we then ordered a Nest thermostat!! Great service from a great team.
