Awful company. Poor customer service and incompetent staff. The company left a link on my boiler which was not rectified for 61 days. This error left me out of pocket as it was costing over a pound a day. CLINT called and was nothing short of unprofessional stating they rectified the problem (which they must do by law) would not help with my financial loss.. he even hung up on me. They really do not care. They also broke a fibre wire and I had 3 large holes in my brand new house. AVOID THIS COMPANY. Use local trades that care not money hungry incompetent people. CLINT could do with some training in conflict resolution I feel or get a job down a mine. Disgraceful. Trading standards contacted and MD emailed.
Thanks a million to Phil who just talked me through circuit breaker issues and reset procedure. Who knew cleaning the cooker top could cause so many issues.
