When we were looking for a company to fit our wood burner, I was a bit sceptical at the 100% 5* ratings from customers, but I have to say, Michael, Steve and Maria completely deserve 5*. We were given excellent advice from the start from Maria and Michael. Michael and Steve turned up when they said they would and completed the job in the time they had promised. They clearly knew exactly what they were doing. They were a pleasure to have in the house because they just 'got on' and were really polite. They were tidy and even washed the neighbour's car to get rid of the brick dust! Our Chilli Penguin Woody is beautiful, and Mike and Steve built a lovely chimney breast and hearth for it. We now have a gorgeous focal point for the room, and I can't wait for the nights to turn colder so I can light the fire! Please be patient if you are waiting for a call back or quote - we will get to you. Surveys will initially be carried out via Zoom, Facetime or in person if needed. We are working through installations that were due in March and April and will contact you with a date. We have carried out a few installations.
