We believe that with major works like this, which, after all, affect you home or business, it is very important that you feel completely comfortable with your chosen builder and we know from our experience that although people want building work done, many are uncomfortable actually having workmen in to do the job.
Lloyd recently completed our kitchen extension/ utility room as well as laying a large new patio. We cannot fault the workmanship and the professional manner in which he and all his team carried out the build, over the 3 month period. From the outset, we were impressed by how he kept us informed about the processes and decisions we had to make. His team were thorough and flexible, allowing us to negotiate changes easily The finish and attention to detail is even more than we had hoped for and we are greatly enjoying our new space. Unlike many builders, tradesmen etc, communication with Lloyd is excellent. You can rely on him to respond regularly and promptly; a refreshing strength in a company.
Lloyd and his team were absolutely fantastic whilst carrying out a single storey extension and loft conversion on our home. A huge thanks to Michael for ensuring that everything ran smoothly and for all the wonderful carpentry work that you did. Sam and Dan, thank you very much for building the extension and for our new patio. You were both great. Ken and Neil, thank you for the wonderful ensuite and downstairs cloakroom plus all the other plumbing (radiators etc) you carried out. Ty, thank you for the gorgeous kitchen we now have as well. It's fantastic. Apologies if I have not mentioned everyone personally but I have to say that everyone was really lovely and friendly. A great team! Thank you all again :)
We had a single storey extension built; a new kitchen created; and the bathroom relocated into our old kitchen. We were anticipating a lot of upheaval due to loss of facilities during the build but the team were amazing and we always had access to a working kitchen and bathroom - we did not need to dish wash in the bath or use a bucket as a toilet - we were very happy. The final build is of excellent quality and looks fantastic - much better than we could have imagined! We had a whole team of different trades involved with the build and all were excellent in their field; tidy and easy to get on with - and they did not all require tea!
