Urban provided a quote by email within 24 hours of visiting and once they had been given the work, contacted us to arrange a start date. They arrived on time! They were professional and efficient and carried out the work with minimum disruption. The estimate was competitive and there were no "surprises". It was a relief to find a building firm that did what they said they would do. I have used many builders before on development projects but was especially impressed with the team on this project.

So far we are still working and quoting as usual and will continue to do so unless advised otherwise and for people booked in we are still on schedule.
