Mincrete Ltd supply and deliver high quality, semi-dry, ready mixed sand/cement floor screeds from our plant in Burslem, Stoke-on-Trent and Woolston, Warrington. We factory batch a range of screeds based on 1:4, 1:3 and QS Quick drying screed. All sand/cement floor screeds are available with micro fibres and we can advise on particular applications on request. In Addition, we also supply Longfloor ready mixed, cementitious flowing screed. Ideal for use with underfloor heating systems due to its self-compacting nature and enhanced thermal properties, Longfloor can be laid at depths of 50mm (Min 25mm Cover over UFH pipes) in a floating floor construction.
