The current Managing Director, Alan Bradshaw joined the company in 1981 after serving a 3 year carpentry apprenticeship with McAlpine and took the reigns in 1995. We are a profitable business whose success is built on quality service from all of our employees and directors. Our clients now fall broadly but not exclusively into the following categories: educational establishments, military, museums, car retailers, private homes' extensions, disabled adaptations, historic building restoration, building maintenance, building repairs, new builds, landscaping and ground works.
We follow an effective environmental management system which ensures our environmental footprint is reduced to a minimum. Three Pines are ISO 14001 accredited company which helps us to organise ourselves better when it comes to lowering emissions, commercial waste management as well as overall negative impact on the environment. We always follow the latest environmental legislation and strive to actively think of and deliver environmentally friendly solutions when working on our clients' projects.
Came home from France in March to a house flooded from top to bottom. Three Pines were on site within three days and have steered us through four months of not knowing where we were or what was going to happen. Now back in the house and we consider ourselves to have been very fortunate that Alan, Neil and their staff who have listened, improved and been very professional in not just giving us back what we had but giving us something much better. Thank you.
Three pines completed a garage conversion and rear single storey extension the build quality is exceptional and all done within budget. The staff at three pines couldn't of been anymore helpful. With a baby on the way mess was minimal and all completed on time absolute credit will definitely be using them again and would recommend to anyone.
Three Pines have just completed a single storey extension for us and it couldn't have gone better. The project, overseen by Chris Jukes (many thanks Chris for a great job) ran to schedule, the quality of the work from all the tradesmen was excellent, minor niggles and adaptations by us along the way were agreed and sorted very quickly without fuss and the end result is fantastic. A high quality and very professional job.
