DO NOT USE THIS STORAGE FACILITY! We trusted cookes, 'furniture specialists', with our furniture and our sofa came back ripped and dirty and our sideboard damaged. Absolute nightmare to contact and resolve the matter! I appreciate sometimes accidents happen but the way in which they have dealt with this was atrocious! Not even an apology! Gave me an AM delivery slot, they never showed up, only to call at 1pm and inform my sofa wasnt ready! Full of faults! Do not use!
