Operating throughout Greater Manchester and the North West region, Heywood Scaffolding undertakes projects for a wide ranging client base including Major Contractors, Local Authorities, Industrial Companies and General Building trade customers. Projects include Faade Retention Designed Structures, Commercial and Housing New build, Temporary Roof Structures.
Heywood Scaffolding Services was founded in 1983 and quickly established itself as a key scaffolding contractor in the North West. From the outset it was our aim to operate and offer the highest professional standards which is why in 1992 we sought and achieved the QA5750 accreditation (now ISO9002) only the second scaffold company in the UK to gain this accreditation at the time. A year later in 1993 we became members of the NASC (National Access and Scaffolding Confederation). In implementing the NASC codes of practice we continue to provide all our workforce with ongoing training of the highest standards including all aspects of Heath & Safety.
