We have subsequently expanded our service to include a complete range of domestic spares and heating controls. We pride ourselves on our vast stock availability and being able to locate and obtain the most difficult to find spares. Parts can only be returned to us with an authorized returns number, please contact us on 020 7732 3851 or email sales@bbs.co.uk to obtain your authorization number. All parts are covered by the manufactures warranty which is one year unless stated otherwise. Faulty parts will go back to the manufacture for testing, once the manufacture have confirmed the part is faulty only then will a refund or replacement be issued, this can take a number of weeks. Burner and Boiler Spares will not be liable for any costs/fees or installation charges resulting in replacing faulty parts or any damage caused by the product.
