If you have lived in the North Kent area for any time over the past thirty years, the chances are that you will have seen one of my vans working in your area. The area simply needs to dry out in order to eliminate these problems. Experience has taught us to completely remove all the existing timberwork, expose the rafter feet and perform an inspection. If any moisture or rotting is present, we replace and treat the timbers with wood preservative and replace the tilt fillets where required. Only then do we fix our maintenance-free UPVC fascia boards, bargeboards and the new-look cladded style soffit boards.
