In addition to our core Building Surveying Services, we seek and find sites and business space for redevelopment on behalf of retained clients and have access to a massive database of opportunities. This includes the acquisition of land and buildings which can be re-engineered to maximise value.

BAQUS is a multi-disciplined Construction Consultancy providing Quantity Surveying, Cost Management and Project Management services, supplemented by the full range of Building Surveying skills, plus CDM Health and Safety Co-ordination and DDA access consultancy. Sustainability is a key specialisation and an integral consideration within the range of services we provide. Our services create 'Added Value' and 'Efficiencies', which exceeds cost of our services and benefits our Clients by supporting them in achieving their aims and aspirations.

BAQUS was established to build a national Quantity Surveying group offering construction Cost Consultancy, Project Management and Building Surveying services. BAQUS will actively pursue selective acquisitions of practices that meet its investment criteria and, once acquired will seek to further develop those practices to produce strong organic growth. This will provide an excellent platform from which to further develop the Group and offer a strong presence in a number of cities and regions across the country.

BAQUS have a strong Building Surveying division with a broad base of knowledge and experience across both public and private sectors. Our commissions range from small scale surveys and alterations to large commercial fit outs, including design services and project coordination. Our expertise includes scheme design and contract administration, dilapidations, party wall services, access audits and remedial works, feasibility studies, expert witness and condition surveys. Specialist experience in the healthcare, education, residential, commercial and leisure sectors has been acquired, developing long term relationships with a variety of clients.
