Established in 1981, Sunuser Limited are multi-award winning solar experts. We've installed over 50,000 solar panels nationwide and have been installing and servicing solar thermal (water heating) systems for over 38 years. We now also upgrade existing solar thermal systems to allow homeowners to get paid for the hot water they generate. We extended our expertise to solar PV (electricity generating) systems in 2010 and have helped many hundreds of customers to get paid for the electricity they generate and reduce their electricity bills.

The Smart Export Guarantee (SAG) is the government's planned replacement for the Feed-in Tariff (FIT) scheme which ended on 31st March 2019. A consultation is underway for this new scheme which, once in place, should ensure that homeowners are paid for the electricity they export to the grid. The expertise Sunuser has gained in installing over 50,000 solar thermal panels has been effectively transferred to our 'A' Grade solar PV systems. With 35 years experience in the water heating industry and over 50,000 solar panels installed nationwide, we've launched the Professional Sunuser Twin Water Softener. It uses 'Twin Cylinder' technology to provide you with luxuriously softened water 24 hours a day. You'll save time and money as the Sunuser Twin reduces the build up of limescale. Limescale clogs cylinders, heat exchangers in boilers and washing machines which increases energy bills. It also leaves stubborn stains and scaling in kitchens and bathrooms.

Installation of a Sunuser Twin Water Softener causes minimal disruption and is usually completed within half a day. It can be installed alongside a Sunuser thermal system to optimise your savings all year round. The Sunuser Twin is compact and easily fits under most kitchen sinks: dimensions are 206mm (8.1.) Prior to any installation, a qualified surveyor will visit your property to thoroughly assess the suitability and requirements. This survey is also an ideal opportunity to talk through any questions you may have and the benefits our water softener can deliver to you.

Sunuser has been successfully repairing and servicing both domestic and commercial solar water heating systems nationwide since 1981. We are vastly experienced in both flat plate and vacuum tube solar water heating equipment and provide the highest level of workmanship and customer service. We recommend that a solar water heating system is serviced and the anti-freeze/inhibitor fluid within the solar primary circuit replaced every 5 years. This provides the system with adequate frost protection and prevents permanent damage to the collectors.

The installation of an 'A' Grade Sunuser PV system causes minimal disruption to your daily routine and a domestic installation is usually completed within a day to a day and a half. Commercial installations can take a week or longer depending on system size and location. With modules weighing just 20kg, a system does not damage your roof, nor does it damage your existing electrical infrastructure. Prior to any Sunuser installation, a qualified surveyor will visit your home or business to thoroughly assess the suitability and requirements of your property for a PV system.
