A tracked sliding gate runs on wheels along a grooved steel rail that is buried just below ground level. A cantilever gate is counterbalanced above the ground, supported by rollers fitted to the bottom of the gate. The advantage of a cantilever gate is that you don't have to keep the track free of leaves - however, cantilever gates are generally more expensive as they require more civil engineering. Both roller-tracked AND cantilever gates can be automated using any of the CAME motors pictured below.

Access to the CCTV cameras and recorder playback can be gained remotely via the internet from your PC.
If you have automated gates, We strongly recommend that a service be carried out at least once every 12 months to ensure your gates operate to their full potential. SJT Electrical can perform full servicing and maintenance checks on all makes and manufacturers of gate automation equipment. Servicing the gates involves checking system operation and greasing the bearing points of the system.
