We are a building company offering new-builds, alterations, extensions, renovations and maintenance for domestic properties, shops, offices and commercial buildings. We are based near Woodbridge and operate throughout Suffolk and North Essex. Over the years we have developed great relationships with local architects, structural engineers and first-class sub-contractors, enabling us to provide the complete construction package. Groundwork may not receive the greatest appreciation but it does provide the foundation for everything that follows.

We are proud of our reputation for high quality work delivered with calm competency and considerate good humour. We have assembled a team of more than 40 experienced trades men and women and apprentices. Our 20 vehicles are to be seen buzzing between projects ranging from large commercial extensions to small clusters of new-build homes. We are delighted that most of our work comes through recommendations from happy clients and their architects. We work closely with a number of trusted sub-contractors such as electricians and plumbers as a means of delivering specialist services to our projects.

Groundwork may not receive the greatest appreciation but it does provide the foundation (literally) of everything that follows. A quality build depends upon accurate and well founded groundwork. From structural carpentry to brick and block-work the process of building your project from the ground up requires proactive project management. It's the job of our Contract Managers to co-ordinate the various trades to ensure the smooth progression of your project. They will provide a point of contact for you solving problems as they arise, liaising with you on choice of materials and fixtures and addressing any queries you may have.
