Bad experience - Had great faith in Steve at the start and paid him £22,600 to supply and install a main bathroom and ensuite (not including the cost of all the tiles as we bought the majority ourselves) Unfortunately things did not go as planned and we have been left with several issues including wrong products installed & damaged products installed, so much for the 10 year guaranteed promised.............. Works have now been outstanding for over 2 years, to say we are disappointed is an understatement, will be starting court proceedings shortly.
Thanks to Steve and Rob at Alfred Fraser for our really amazing bathroom which we love. It all started with a design in the showroom that really struck us. Steve took us through the design process and pushed us to be more adventurous. The trip to Collins White was essential to get the right tiles and Steve was kind enough to meet us on Sundays as we went through the plans.
Showroom was closed when advertised as open on website and on shop door. Called and arranged for a visit to design and quote, guy came round and discussed options then measured up the bathroom. He took details away and said he would call when he had designed it on his computer. Over three weeks later and they have not called back or made any other contact. As they did not make contact I arranged a quote with a more reliable company who designed, quoted and arranged a start date all within a week.
Great choice of bathrooms & tiles at a good price too. The staff were all very helpful & professional & helped us through every step of the process from start to finish. I would definitely recommend these to everyone wanting a new bathroom, or even just a new tiled floor.
What do you think about this then? This beautiful illuminating yellow is the Pantone Color of the Year, which teamed with this grey we think would look lovely in any bathroom.
