I can highly recommend Ripton Windows as a double glazing company. They were quick to respond to our enquiry and gave us various quote options until we found a solution we were happy with. The fitters were polite and unobtrusive. They did a great job that was quick and within the specified time frame.
Very nice when they take your order, poor thereafter. It took over 2 weeks for the surveyor (bloke with a tape measure and a bad attitude) to turn up, 30 mins late with no apology, and even then he missed that the door and window we were replacing needed lintels. Their fitters were very good about sorting it out and to be fair, Ripton did it at cost, but it added cost and time to an already late and expensive job. Now we're waiting for trims to come from Ireland to finish a door that was ordered in mid-May, despite them insisting on full payment. The door is very nice and I can't fault the fitters, but the whole process has taken far too long and updates are rare.
Very happy with my new garage door fitted this morning by Ripton Windows & Conservatories. The old one had got a bit grotty and the hinges were broken, so it was time to replace it.
