We are a civil engineering contractor based in Tayside with offices in Dundee and Perth. We employ over 100 people in our business carrying out construction projects predominantly in East and Central Scotland. Both Richard and Athole are accountable to their clients for company performance and are very much actively involved in the day to day running of the business and maintaining working relationships with their clients. The success of the business is down to their dedicated, highly skilled, motivated workforce, market leading management and safety systems allows them to consistently deliver project safely, on time and on budget.

Kilmac Construction undertake civil engineering projects throughout Scotland. With our experienced qualified Management team, we have the knowledge and engineering capability to undertake a wide scope of civil engineering projects. Our clients include Local Authorities, Universities, Local Health Services, Road Network Authorities, Council Direct Labour Organisations and Private Clients.

Our development team is headed by Blair Morrison and Derek Ross. Blair is a chartered surveyor with extensive experience in the property market. Blair is responsible for Kilmac's property acquisitions. Derek is responsible for managing and delivering projects from conception through planning until construction. Kilmac have purchased a wide portfolio of industrial, commercial, residential and development sites across Scotland. Kilmac have purchased over 16 million of property in the last 2 years.

Kilmac has gained a reputation as a leading groundworks contractor for commercial, social infrastructure and housing projects. Our ability to deliver the whole groundwork package on time, on budget, safely and defective free has resulted in Kilmac being a preferred subcontractor.
