As growers (did you know we grow many of the plants we sell, right here in our Ossett Nursery) we know all about greenhouses. We know that great greenhouses have low thresholds and wide doors, they have large panes of glass to let the light in and they have good ventilation to keep plants healthy all year round. That is why we chose Elite, who have been making greenhouses in the North of England for over 50 years. So, why not pop in and have a look at the range, then spend some time with us, we can talk colours and sizes, but we can also talk ventilation, heating, staging, doors, and share some of our greenhouse growing tips.
Absolutely loved it here, been to some garden centres over the years, but seen nothing that compares to this, beautiful plants shrubs and trees, beautifully displayed, well looked after, and fantastically priced, cant wait to visit again
I would highly recommend Owl Lane Farm Nurseries to anyone who is looking to stock their garden. Over the years I've bought many shrubs and plants all at a reasonable price and never once been disappointed. It's all there, anything from small to well established shrubs and trees for larger gardens. My most recent purchase was topsoil which really was TOP SOIL, great quality, not a single stone mixed in there and at a very reasonable price. They also deliver for all the non drivers charging only a minimal fee. My favourite place to visit.
We took our children today aged 6 & 2 and despite a lengthy wait, it was so worth it as Santa spent over 10 minutes ralking to them and we never felt rushed. Not over commercialised and free to take your own photos. Couldn't recommend it enough.
I hope everyone is enjoying the blue skies and sunshine this weekend!
It really does feel like we are edging closer to Spring. Bulbs are beginning to burst through the soil, buds are beginning to appear on some early flowering plants and of course, the vibrant crocus colours are starting to show.
After a hard winter the bright bud of this crocus beginning to flower is a cheerful sight!
If ever there is a sign that Spring is coming soon it's the snowdrop flower alongside spring bulbs sprouting.
