We work in accordance with the approved programme of work, phased operations and safe demolition techniques. All works are rigorously planned and undertaken in line with BS 6187:2011 and in accordance with the requirements of the CDM Regulations 2015. 2014-Site close to a number of residential properties, and a student village.

Asbestos services include material identification and sampling, surveys, removal and disposal. We can carry out asbestos management and removal in residential, industrial, commercial and public buildings. We are able and competent in the removal of non-licensed asbestos-containing materials (ACMs). Our highly qualified team will guide you through the removal process from initial identification to surveying, sampling and subsequent removal. This is a live demolition project, part of which comprises the removal of non notifiable ACM's using our own in house Category B trained operatives, over 3 floors.
