Pennine Demolitions was formed by its founding director, Mr Walker (MD) who is a member of the Institute of Demolition Engineers and has over 20 years of experience in the demolition industry. We have an unrivalled reputation and an enviable level of experience in demolition, dismantling and site clearance work. We specialise in working in partnership with leading construction companies, developers, architects and consultants. Risk management and a fully compliant health and safety strategy are fundamental to all the services we offer.

Pennine Demolitions Ltd are fully experienced in coordinating the removal and safe disposal of all asbestos containing materials, using our own fully training operatives and subcontractors with full HSE issued asbestos removal licences. All our asbestos removal services are carried out by trained and qualified staff who ensure health & safety and quality control procedures are maintained at all times. From pre-demolition surveys to planning, removal and disposal, we provide an efficient and safe means of asbestos abatement.

From dismantling bridge structures over live rail tracks to demolishing multi-storey buildings in busy towns and cities, our professionalism and expertise enables us to operate with precision and care. All our projects are carried out in full compliance with BS6187:2011 codes of practice and CDM regulations 2015.
