The company is fantastic to deal with, and a big thanks goes to all the staff involved in the sale, delivery, and fitting of our settees and carpet.
We utilized the shop in Clevedon, and every time we visited, the staff went out of their way to assist us, showing great patience and helpfulness as we chose colours and styles.
The company kept us informed with a phone call on the morning of carpet delivery and fitting, explaining a delay due to a crash on the M5, and then called later to confirm the fitting was complete, so they could send the furniture team to deliver the settees.
The carpet fitters were excellent, working quickly and efficiently, leaving the area clean and taking all rubbish away, much like the furniture delivery team, who were also very personable and professional.
The quality of the products and the customer service are unmatched, and we highly recommend Kustom Floors and Furniture to everyone.
Thanks again to the staff for their hard work and dedication.

Thank you very much for our lovely Kardean flooring in our kitchen diner, it finishes our brand new kitchen off perfectly! I highly recommend Kustom Flooring, Barrie and Lauren were so helpful and the fitters were brilliant on the day, even when the wrong strips were sent, the Manager of the store got it sorted to make sure our flooring was finished the same day! Just had hall, stairs, landing, kitchen and day room fitted by Craig and Jordan via James at Kustom Floors, Downend. I can honestly say that these fitters are the most professional, hard working contractors it's been my privilege to work with. To say they put a full day in is to put it mildly, finishing at 7.30 pm the first two days and finishing the whole job at 4.30 on the 3rd day. They disconnected, moved and reconnected the kitchen appliances so they could cover the entire floor. The price, both from the fitters and Kustom Floors was extremely reasonable for the both the Karndean Flooring and carpets they supplied. It's a rare pleasure to be able to unreservedly recommend this combination of supplier/ fitters
