We are a family owned British furniture company with a name inspired by Scandinavian design. 4,500 square feet of showroom space in the heart of Clerkenwell on St John's Lane, showcasing our latest designs. The history surrounding our location on St John's Lane is rich and immersive. The area itself was established in the mid-1100's, with the name deriving from the water source used by the local nuns called the 'clerks' well'. From a commercial stance, Medieval Clerkenwell attracted jewellers, locksmiths, printers and bookbinders due to its position on the fringe of the city. Attracting skilled workers from all over the country, some of these trades are still evident in the area today.

Crafting innovative design since 1976, we've honed our skills to produce distinctive furniture, by expert British craftsmans. Every one of our new products is created in-house from the ground up. We're a talented team of creative thinkers, trend spotters, pattern makers, metal workers, wood crafters, seam stitchers and comfort testers. Frvi designs and manufactures furniture using a variety of materials and techniques, both traditional and innovative, producing that distinctive Frvi style. From its humble beginnings in a garage in Pinner (Middlesex), Frövi was formed by Grandpa Dunham, an architect by trade.

Frvi enforces stringent quality standards. Our passion for quality is infused into each piece of Frovi furniture. Our products are constructed using only the finest quality materials and craftsmanship, enabling us to offer a minimum 5-year product warranty. From Park 34 in Didcot, Oxfordshire our upholstery team work with a wealth of fabrics and tooling to upholster all our products by hand. We offer an extensive range of fabric options from a variety of manufacturers - colours / patterns / designs - giving choice for any project.
