Colchester Construction Services Ltd was founded by Joe Bullock following a life time of experience in the construction industry and the business has grown under his direction and support. The Management team is professional and enthusiastic and are looking forward to the planned growth in the coming years. Colchester Construction Services extensive construction expertise is backed up by the amount of in-house plant we now own, including excavators, dumpers, compressors. Our ground workers are trained, as appropriate, with the relevant qualifications for all vehicles, equipment and tools they operate; and all construction site visiting staff are approved to the appropriate CITB /CSCS/CPCS status.

We have a number of skilled gangs that are able to undertake your brick and block work requirements. We are able to offer our services on a fully autonomous setting out, labour, plant and material basis. As part of our service, we are able to set out the brick work, and manage your scheme to completion.

We have a small works division that is able to undertake an array of small schemes, ranging from the installation of a new driveway right up to an extension for an existing property. In addition to this, our small works division has plenty of experience with sewer connections and septic tank installations. Being our size we are able to offer you a more personal service and alongside our works division we are also able to offer you greater value for money, as we have superb purchasing power throughout our supply chain.

We are highly experienced in delivering commercial groundworks and over the years have undertaken and delivered schemes both new build and improvements for factories, shops, warehouses and for numerous other business locations. Our ethos when working in these environments is to ensure that our work does not impact on the running of the businesses and are conducted in a safe manner, whilst still providing the client with both cost certainty and a high quality service. We have extensive experience in undertaking civil engineering works within a live shop environment and understand the detailed and precise management that is required to deliver our work, without impacting on the client's business.
