Finishes
We have four lovely finishes in our 2" thick and 3 " rustic reclaimed timber. We use 3 coats of premium furniture wax which gives lasting protection and creates a beautiful finish. Wood is a natural product and all our timber has it's own story to tell from its former life, from being used as a railway sleeper to supporting floors in old barns. No piece of wood is the same and has its own colours, hues and markings that really come out when our finishes are applied. Our reclaimed chunky beam timber will come out slightly darker than our 2 rustic timber due to age and origin but giving beautiful natural hues that shine through and transform into a truly unique piece of furniture.
Bespoke Furniture
At Ely Rustic Furniture we can help you design a piece of bespoke furniture that is unique to your own tastes. Brad and Scott can make any item in the bespoke furniture range to your own measurements. You may even have a picture or idea from the Internet which you would like us to replicate and change slightly. The price we give you is for all our items on materials and time making the furniture, we do not charge for helping you design and making sure you are 100% happy. We pride ourselves on customer satisfaction and go out of our way to make your ideas become reality.

30 weeks of waiting and I have still not received my coffee table! I placed my order in March, payment receipted and was advised it would be ready in 8 weeks. After 9 weeks I chased and was advised they were slightly behind, it would be ready next week. After 13 weeks I chased again and was told to expect delivery on 15th June. Still no delivery, was told by Bradley the label fell off in transit. Since then virtually every week I have been promised delivery, even been sent a blank delivery note and despite waiting in numerous times, there is no coffee table.
I had posted a review but was told by Bradley "we do not release items if there is an ongoing dispute or review due to customers not co operating when an issue is resolved. Once removed we will send you tracking details straight away". Although I did not appreciate my goods being held to ransom and I could not understand how I was not cooperating, I did take down my honest review in good faith but alas the delivery note was blank and here I am after 30 weeks and still being made false promises each week. I have now requested a refund which has not been received yet.
Trading Standards will be updated on my experience and if a refund is not forthcoming I will be taking legal advice.
Update at 24 weeks - no replies now to my emails requesting refund. Seems they are refusing to refund and have not delivered my order.
Update at 27 weeks, have promised me refund next week. I wonder if this is another false promise?!
Uodate at 30 weeks, no refund despite promises. Bradley, let's end this, please just transfer my money back.

We've just received a fantastic bookcase and storage chest and we are over the moon with how lovely it looks, delivery was on time and couier gave us a time slot which helped. Thanks again Ely rustic
