At Mountair Ltd we design, supply and install state-of-the art air conditioning systems for Commercial customers and for Residential customers. We work throughout London and the Home Counties and can assign teams further afield for larger scale projects. We work closely with all the leading brands, including Mitsubishi Electric, Daikin, Mitsubishi Heavy Industry, Fujitsu and LG. Our experience and client base is broad, from Healthcare and Education to Finance, Beauty, Media, Hospitality and Banking, we've delivered solutions that meet the needs of each business.
Only air conditioning systems with an effective rated output of more than 12kW are affected bythese regulations. The purpose of the Air Conditioning Inspection Report is to provide basic information regarding the efficiency of the air-conditioning systems that are controlled. This will form the basis for advice on how to improve the energy efficiency of the system, to identify opportunities to save energy and to reduce operating costs. This inspection will be undertaken by an independent Assessor.
Sometimes the confines of budget, circumstances such as tenancy agreements, time constraints or even the type of building you occupy means that installing a state of the art air conditioning system just isn't possible. Whether you would prefer to invest long term and purchase these outright or rent some for the hotter months we have portable air conditioning systems in stock and ready for use. Prices start from as little as 20.00 plus VAT per week. The price will depend on the length of the hire period, the number of units required and your location.
Fresh air has never been so important. We supply and install state of the art ventilation systems to all commercial and Industrial multi-use spaces requiring good ventilation. High-quality air extraction and ventilation systems are essential to ensure stale air is removed from your workspace and a steady flow of fresh air is brought into the building. By providing frequent air changes the air is kept clean and fresh, encouraging productivity and well-being for staff, as well as enhancing your customer experience.
Regular maintenance is often overlooked because of the cost, but overlooking this can be more much more expensive in the long term. A regularly serviced system will run more efficiently and in turn be more cost effective. Faults are identified early, helping avoid disruptive and potentially expensive repairs - most importantly the life span of the equipment will increase if regularly serviced. We provide a wide range of air conditioning maintenance and servicing options and can design a bespoke package that suites your needs.
This is great news and to have the science to support the engineering is fantastic. We are installing these to pods at a college in London in the next few weeks!
Installing this huge VRF condenser on this tiny roof space seven years ago was a huge challenge! We shut the road one Sunday and supported the ground where the old coal bunkers used to be in the 1800s as the 48 tonne crane was sitting over the bunkers! Where there's a will there's a way! Happy to.
Planned maintenance for clients in W1 today #mitsubishi #aircon #maintenance
We've been working back and forth at this NHS site since December during an office refurb. Upgraded Aircon and ventilation systems and improved ductwork throughout for improved efficiency, better control & greater effectiveness of heating/ cooling all year round. Let's hope everyone can get back in.
