We are pleased to have completed and handed over the first phase of the conversion of the Dairy House building at Ipswich High School to provide a new boarding facility. The accommodation comprises living quarters for 18 boarders and a Matron. Hills are currently working on the 3 million second phase at Dairy House for our client London and Oxford Group providing accommodation for an additional 40 boarders. This part of the project comprises a part refurbishment of the existing stables and outbuildings, together a new single storey extension.
