Welcome to D & A Hogarth ltd, a family company specialising in concrete floor slab lifting using geo polymer injection techniques. Concrete floor slab settlement is a common problem so much so it is not covered with most home insurance policies. The most obvious signs are gaps between the floor slab and skirting board, and cracks in internal walls. Allow us to help, from a small domestic room to a large industrial warehouse, we are able to arrest the settlement and in most cases lift the slab back to it's original level.
The newly purchased property required an extensive refurbishment program. The concrete floor slabs had 'dished' causing the racking to tilt. Hogarth's injected 2560m2 of floor slab, lifting it back to a working tolerance, in places up to 170mm of lift. The project was completed within five weeks, on time, within budget and reduced that section of the refurbishment program by months. We can work inside a fully operational warehouse treating one aisle at a time. Following the injection the area can be trafficked immediately, the stock can remain in place on the racks as we just need access to the slab.

Before and after photos of an internal block wall built off a floor slab. The slab has dropped leaving a gap between the mortar still stuck to the slab and block work. The slab was lifted back, closed the gap and again supports the wall. A very happy customer in Essex.
Working in West Yorkshire this week. Foundation stabilisation to 3m below ground level, then inside to inject the floor slab which has underfloor heating. My only mistake, I forgot to take before photo's, so the customer kindly provided one she had taken! Below is before and after in the kitchen.
Working in Yorkshire this week on a double slab with under floor heating and two layers of insulation making the injection depth 800mm. Lifted back to datum with zero issues thanks to the thermal camera!
