A simple request about how to place WooCommerce resulted in now almost three weeks of 'support' breaking my website - each time it's a new person just bodging and re-bodging the previous person's failure to understand what was being asked, no consistency at all.
I have purchased the THEME 2x and my previous developer registered the theme under his email. I am trying to solve the issue via support and change the registration under my email but the team is not responding. It's been more than 48 hours and I got no response from the manager whose email was given to me to solve this problem for me. The theme itself is beautiful but I really don't feel a need to purchase is for the third time just because they are not able to provide a solution and change the email in the system. It's slowing down my project! I recommend improving the customer service! Thank you!
