Absolutely top class professional service. Very knowledgeable helpful engineers. Had other companies in and since RMS have been servicing our dock bays we have had very minimum issues. We have 40 bays and dock doors they currently service with the potential of another 25 in our next door warehouse. The 40 bays are currently in the best condition they have been in years. Top service.

We have had 7 roller shutters fitted by this company going back to 2008, I found them in the yellow pages, I woudn`t even try anywhere else, they are a family firm, and very honest
We found out just how good they are when they dropped what they where doing to dash out when one of our old doors failed, it meant we couldn`t do any MOT`S, the engineers were brilliant, despite the weather being appalling, they were soaked and freezing but got us back in business in super quick time, even when the invoice came it was a lot less than I expected
