All the items in our Service Kits are required to be changed each time our units are serviced, which should be done at least once a year (this is depedant on the usage of the water heater). The electrode sleeve is a little rubber boot that covers the connection for the electrode to be attached too. This boot is required for all units and is the same for each unit. The cold water inlet filter is a small plastic filter which goes inside the cold water inlet connection underneath the unit. This filter fits the whole of the Rinnai UK water heater range.
