We have been installing heating systems for 70 years spanning three generations of the same family that initially started trading as Evans Bros Caergwrle in 1946. Warm air heating can be either gas or oil fired and are found in four main types of heater which we detail below. We can help you with the servicing, maintenance and repairs to all makes and model of warm air heating systems commonly found in factories or industrial premises, places of work and generally large open areas.

Electric water heaters are very common in schools and offices, usually found to be providing hot water to wash hand basins. They can be installed out of sight within kitchen base units or in a discreet location which also means they can often be overlooked. Electric water heaters are also part of an unvented hot water system so there are certain auxiliary components which need to be checked to ensure they offer the protection intended. Similar hot water boiling units are found in staff rooms used for making hot drinks which need to be descaled periodically in order to maintain a good level of service life.

There are different types of condensing and non-condensing DHW hot water boiler available. Our engineers have also been trained at ACV, Lochinvar and Rinnai who manufacture many of the appliances found in schools, colleges and hospitals around the UK. As a result, we can service, maintain and repair all makes and models currently available. These boilers are mostly unvented hot water systems which require specialist knowledge in order to check that they are operating safely. For instance, there are a number of auxiliary components external to the boiler which must be checked when carrying out routine maintenance.

We can offer as part of our planned routine maintenance inspect test and service all equipment within a boiler house or plant room. If its in a plant room or boiler house we are your people to call when it comes to routine maintenance, repairs and breakdowns.

We currently offer 6 or 12 monthly maintenance plans to suit your exact requirements or we can tailor any specific maintenance plan to suit your needs. Rather than wait until an emergency situation develops which can prove more costly and can lead to down time, our service contracts provide you with the opportunity for preventative maintenance approach to be carried out before a breakdown occurs.

In order to prolong the lift expectancy of your industrial heating and hot water systems means that routine maintenance is required to test, inspect and maintain the components within your boiler house or plant room.

Making a commercial kitchen a safe environment in which to work is key. Kitchen ventilation has to consider temperature, humidity control and removal of products of combustion generated from gas fired kitchen appliances. Open flue catering appliances make this even more important. In any commercial kitchen there must be adequate provision for the extraction of cooking odours and combustion products. Our engineers also check that the environment includingCo2 and Co levels within commercial kitchens meet with the regulations.
