At Cropper and Jones Radiators ltd we can fabricate new radiators and fuel tanks from pattern, this is done for a number of reasons like the radiator / fuel tank is no longer available to buy new and is not repairable, you require your radiator to be adapted to add additional cooling or to work better in dirty environments.
This picture was taken in 1944 when Jim Cropper was serving in WW2 in the deserts of Africa, repairing radiators for our trucks and tanks. When the war ended in 1946, Jim and his then partner, Bill Jones set up a little workshop in Hooton, Ellesmere Port. This family run business followed down to his sons who took over and continued for over 72 years, expanding on their knowledge and growing the business to where it is today. We maybe a small business, but we have a wealth of history and experience in this industry and continue to serve our local and national customers.
I Was having trouble finding a radiator for my 1992 land cruiser, cropper and jones found one and had it there the next day. They even welded the brackets on from my old radiator to ensure a perfect fit. I will definitely use them again.
