Koogen Limited is a professional practice utilising the latest software packages in providing accurate and detailed bills of quantities, builders quants and contractors bespoke measurement to main contractors and PQS firms for tendering purposes. Bills are produced based on Standard Method of Measurement (SMM7) or New Rules of Measurement (NRM2). Completed bills can be converted and presented in Excel, Cite and PDF formats. We provide our clients with copies of all our take-offs either as hard copies or in PDF format.
