Our factory in Lochgilphead produces kits for residential and commercial properties of every size, shape and type. Our expertise goes beyond being builders and timber kit specialists - and into UPVC double-glazing and conservatories. We own two different quarries, we rent out a wide range of property in the area and we even operate a local filling station. With almost 40 years' industry experience, we're the largest timber frame designer and manufacturer in the area and a real force to be reckoned with.

As such, we work at the forefront of renewable energy systems and energy efficiency measures. From simple things like loft insulation to the cutting edge solar panels or air-source heating systems, we can provide a range of measures, technology and services to cut your energy usage and, more importantly, your bills. With the increasing awareness of our potential environmental impact and the ever increasing cost of energy bills, renewable technologies and materials are becoming increasingly popular.

For our windows and glass doors, we use Planitherm glazing as standard, which has a layer of argon gas that help makes it even more energy efficient than standard double-glazing - while we can even provide patterned or textured glass too.

That's why we only ever let the best plumbers and electricians join our team. As well as working with us on new buildings and major refurbishment projects, our tradesmen are available for small works, servicing and essential maintenance. So whether it's a dripping tap or a new fuse-board, a blocked drain or flickering light, we're ready to help.

With long experience in building projects, both on new builds and major refurbishments, we've worked on a wide range of roofing projects. We offer expertise in traditional slating and tiling, so whether you need a completely new roof construction or some minor repair works, we can help.

We make our homes from timber frame, which we manufacture in our Lochgilphead factory. Like the business itself, it's a process that's both traditional and modern. Crafting or off site construction of the frames means we spend more time in the factory and less time on site, so we're not at the mercy of the weather. The process also allows for better integration of insulating materials, so it's great for keeping in the heat and keeping energy consumption low. Pre-fabricating the units ensures a high level of build quality and allows for more time efficient build when on site.
