Our goal is to enable home owners and businesses throughout the UK to discover the benefits of generating their own renewable energy with the use of environmentally friendly, high-quality and innovative solar energy systems. Our design team can deliver tailored energy and money-saving solutions for installing solar energy systems on domestic housing, commercial properties, and even large-scale solar fields. We can also supply finance options if desired, or even a fully-funded option. Our quotes are totally transparent and we will make sure you completely understand the savings you can make and, importantly, how you can expect to see a return on your investment.
Solar photovoltaic [PV] systems capture the sun's energy and turn it into electricity. The panels can be installed on roofs or as standalone structures and the surplus energy they produce can be sold back to the National Grid. By installing Solar Photovoltaic you will immediately start to save money. A south-facing aspect gives best results but all aspects can be used, offering an ideal location for Solar PV panels and installations can be completed in a couple of days with minimal disruption. We'll complete a simple survey at your home to confirm how much energy could be generated from a Solar PV installation and prior to installation, we'll provide detailed projections of payback periods based on our full assessment.
Ground Source Heat Pumps (GSHPs) are a proven technology that harness the earth's natural warmth to heat homes and businesses. But we don't need to live next to a volcano to benefit fromit! The heat pumpscirculate a mixture of water and antifreeze through a coiled pipe buried in the ground. The fluid is pumped through an exchange unit where the earth's warmth is concentrated to such a degree that it can be used in radiator and under-floor heating systems. GSHPs can also be used to pre-heat water before it is transferred into a conventional thin coil cylinderfor other domestic uses and provide a renewable heat solution for new-build and retrofit commercial and public buildings.
LED stands for Light-Emitting Diode. They are simple solid state electronic devices that allow electricity to flow through them in one direction to produce strong direct light. Swapping your regular lights for LEDs is one of the easiest ways to save money and energy instantly. Lighting accounts for 18 per cent of a typical household's electricity bill so swapping to LEDs will result in significant reductions in household electric costs. While they remain relatively expensive, they are the most efficient option and pay for themselves several times over before they need replacing.
No matter the type of commercial building you manage the advantages of installing renewable technologies are plentiful. Controlling fluctuating, and often rising, energy rates. By investing in renewable energy, you will significantly reduce your costs for at least the next 25 years. Given the historical growth rate of energy costs and the Feed in Tariffs, the return-on-investment can be swift - between six and eight years in most cases. Reduce carbon emissions. You can benefit from significantly reduced climate change levy charges, end annual charges through carbon offsetting, while assisting in achieving carbon and sustainability targets.

The UK's last coal mine to host a solar farm!
Great news for the industry. Solar thermal has been spared the axe under long-awaited reforms to the Renewable Heat Incentive, published today by the Department of Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy (BEIS).
A 2016 highlight. This year we scooped Regional Small Scale Project of the Year Award and Regional Solar PV Installer of the Year AND we were also selected the winner for National Fuel Poverty Campaigner of the Year in the National Energy Efficiency and Retrofit Awards!
Working with Your Homes Newcastle for Newcastle City Council, we replaced an old, out-dated heating system on 50 social housing flats earlier this year. The 70,000 project saw the installation of 200 solar PV panels, providing a much more economical system for the landlord and tenants.
