Established in 1986, we are experienced in all aspects of the General Building Industry specialising in Commercial Construction but also competing in the Residential market. We are framework contractors for numerous Architectural Practices & we have well established partnerships with leading Retail, Leisure, Commercial & Residential clients. We maintain our position as one of Newcastle's leading commercial building & Construction Companies because we are dedicated to both quality & customer satisfaction.

We have a well established and dedicated workforce, many of whom have been with us for over 20 years. All of the relevant building trades are covered by our in-house workforce but we also draw on an established pool of sub-contractors whom we have utilised successfully for many years. We operate as a team, working and interacting together to produce a high quality end product. We are based in Newcastle Upon Tyne and operate both Regionally & Nationally within the UK. Our Project Management Team is led by our Projects Director Bryan Watson, who has over 30 years' experience in the General Building Industry and has overall responsibility for the day to day running of the company, interfacing with clients and consultants, contract procurement and contract planning.

We have built up a wealth of knowledge & experience having operated for over 30 years within the General Building Industry. Our well established, motivated & dedicated workforce bring together a wealth of experience & skills which together with our highly skilled Project Management Team guarantees to bring each project in on time & within budget. We offer a Design & Build Service that includes the production and submission of planning stage drawings together with the planning application. Once planning approval is granted from the Local Authority, full building regulation drawings and specifications are compiled for submission to Building Control after which the construction phase can proceed.
