Not impressed so far, and I haven't even got my sectional garage door yet! Should have been installed today, the firm fitting the door had it delivered to them this morning but upon checking the size they discovered it has been made too small for the opening! Hopefully I won't be waiting another 6 weeks before the replacement is manufactured and delivered!
We recently had problems with our garage door having no keys, so we contacted Gliderol & their service was second to none. We ordered a set of keys which didn't fit we ordered another set & they were wrong. Gliderol not only took the keys back at no cost to us & then provided us with a new lock at a reasonable price. Throughout all this the staff couldn't have been more helpful.
Very disappointed with the Customer Care aspect of Gliderol Garage Doors. I have contacted them on two separate occasions about the security aspects of the door. Simple questions such as how secure is the door against intruder attacks and how secure if the locking mechanism. Now if the doors were secure I'd be using it in my marketing so do I take it that the doors are not secure. Is there a trade standard like " Sold Secure"? Obviously not receiving a reply has prompted me to put this on Facebook!
