Our Philosophy is a good safe tidy job with the minimum of fuss and best value. PTS Demolition and Dismantling is a medium-sized hands on managed company lead by construction professionals. All operatives and machine drivers are fully trained and certified. We are licensed by the HSE to remove asbestos and are members of ACAD. This means that we are in regular contact with the HSE and regularly consult the senior inspectors to ensure safe operations. As asbestos removers and demolition experts with a modern fleet of specialist plant and lorries we are a one-stop shop for site clearance operations with four recycling facilities which re-use materials where ever possible.
PTS is licensed by the Health and Safety Executive to work with Asbestos. Our own fully trained asbestos removal specialists ensure that the client can totally rely on PTS Demolition and Dismantling to decontaminate in a variety of environments under the supervision of our own retained UKAS accredited analyst. As asbestos removal contractors licensed by the Health and Safety Executive (HSE) we are regularly audited and vetted to ensure standards are maintained. We consult regularly with Training Authorities and the HSE to continually develop our safety and skills policies and procedures in accordance with the latest thinking.
We have significant experience on multi-level inner-city sites with limited working space. These require particularly careful planning to achieve a safe and timely result. Our experienced and professional staff ensure the safe execution of this type of project. Temporary works including facade retention and shoring systems are designed and installed prior to sensitive demolition works taking place. Further services including traffic management are also deployed depending on the circumstances of the project.
