Poor lighting levels also contribute to strain on your eyes when working with computers. HSE Regulations state that an office and other places of work must achieve correct lighting levels to maintain a safe working environment. LED lights have a minimum life span of at least ten times that of a standard tungsten filament of fluorescent lamp. They also switch on instantaneously at their full brightness and maintain their optimum output throughout their life, with no flickering or strobing.
