Piers Maisey, our chosen design partner, has much experience in gaining planning permission for both developers and self builders as well as in providing design drawings suitable for clients, builders and local authorities. He has designed individual bespoke dwellings as well as multiple dwellings for developers. Piers can provide a personal service tailored to all needs. He is happy to discuss any issue related to existing buildings or new buildings/extensions with either existing or potential clients.

We are manufacturers with our own factory facility in Berkshire, meaning the quality control of workmanship and materials is guaranteed. Your new home will be manufactured in our own timber frame factory based in the South and constructed by our expert team of local timber frame erectors. We manufacture both open and closed panel timber frame structures with several options available to self-builders with regards to insulating materials, additional finishing works (cladding, soffit & fascia, renderboard) and supply of windows.
