Scotia have manufactured and installed high quality Double Glazing since 1983 and provides employment for over 180 people working from our 34,000 square foot factories in Ayrshire. We have Office/Factory locations Ayrshire and Clackmannanshire to serve our ever increasing client base. Scotia Windows and Doors manufacture and supply a complete range of high-quality Trade u-PVC windows and doors to trade customers throughout Central Scotland. All our u-PVC products are manufactured in Kilmarnock which gives us complete control over the production process and allows us to react quickly if your customer's requirements change.

Scotia was established in 1983 as a manufacturer and installer of high quality PVC-u windows and doors and from our factory base in Ayrshire we now provide coverage throughout many areas including Glasgow and the West of Scotland, Central Scotland and also Edinburgh and the East Coast. Over the years Scotia's range of services have grown to provide PVC-u windows and doors in a variety of styles, colours and designs to New Build Housebuilders, supply and installation of Commercial contracts and the supply of windows and doors to Joiners and Builders, as well as supplying and installing an imported range of superb quality aluminium products throughout Scotland from the Internorm range.

There are a range of colours and design options available. Scotia Double Glazing supply and install high quality patio doors in the Ayrshire, Glasgow and West Central Scotland areas. Our patio doors offer the very best in design features and incorporate the usual safety features you would expect from Scotia. We include as standard full steel reinforcement of our frames and all of our internally beaded patios are fitted as standard with 28mm toughened low "e" sealed units.

Scotia Windows and Doors offer a range of single and double aluminium entrance doors suitable for the domestic market. Our aluminium entrance door range incorporates innovative thermal break technology which enhances u value and protects against unwanted thermal transmittance. All doors can be manufactured to PAS24:2016 and are weather tested to BS6375 Parts 1 and 2 2009. These stylish entrance doors can be manufactured with a fully rebated threshold or with a low threshold which will comply with Document M building regulations.

Our uPVC Doors and French Doors are available in a wide range of styles and designs to compliment every home. Every style of door is catered for including front doors, back doors and French doors. The options are endless. Our made to measure PVC-u doors are double rebated as standard which means that you have both an outer and inner seal against the elements. Our doors are also steel reinforced to our System Companies recommendations as the steel inserts provide the strength and rigidity required to provide excellent security as well as keeping our unpredictable Scottish weather at bay.

Bifold doors Aspect uPVC folding door system has been designed from scratch to achieve extremely beautiful & functional bi fold doors, which can be designed in a wide variety of opening configurations & in a wide range of colour options. Systems company Eurocell set out to design this door they had a number of features on their wish list and we think that, in this case, they have exceeded expectations. Key to any doors is the performance and Aspect Bifold doors is at this time the only Bi Folding door in the UK to have achieved British Board of Agrment certification (BBA), PAS 24 2016 and Secured by Design (SBD).

Scotia offers a range of high quality aluminium windows and doors for use in both the commercial and domestic markets. All our aluminium windows and doors utilise an innovative thermal break technology reducing thermal transmittance and enhancing u value. Our products are available in many different RAL colours and effect finishes such as metallic, textured and alchemy anodised options. Windows can be manufactured as side hung, top hung or parallel openers as well as a fully reversible option. All windows can achieve security certification.

Scotia offer a high quality range of composite entrance doors that will enhance the look of any home. There are a wide range of colour and style options all offering high security and superior insulation. Our composite door range from Palladio is a totally unique product with no other composite door on the market today manufactured with the same attention to detail. The door uses a unique Monocoque construction which provides great strength, rigidity, insulation and security. Our composite door is a 68mm door leaf with a double rebate, this means that the door has two seals, one on the front edge of the door and the other on the back to provide substantial weatherproofing and insulation.

This registration provides assurance to all our clients that our manufacture and installation processes are carried out in accordance with all relevant environmental legislation and demonstrate good practice. This registration provides proof to each and every client that our manufacturing and installation processes are continuously monitored by BSI assessors to ensure that approved quality standards are maintained. This certification has been around for a long time. It provides assurances to our customers that our windows are subjected to ongoing independent testing relating to their performance and durability.

Our curtain walling systems can incorporate a number of different window and door styles and are suited to provide glazed facades across multiple stories. The MC Wall range creates a practical faade which will allow maximum light into commercial or domestic buildings. A range of colours are available as well as dual colour if required. The product is CWCT certified and features a versatile polyamide thermal break system to minimise thermal transmittance. Scotia can provide a full design, manufacture and installation service as well as detailing any associated window and door packages.
